It’s a rough Pikachu life! (Taken with instagram)
My two favorite US presidents from my lifetime (also, two of the best public speakers I’ve ever seen). What an awesome photo :)
Loving Obama’s expression. It’s all, c’mon Bill, quit acting out and let’s get this shit over with.
This is what I will be doing tomorrow. Saving this group of dogs, plus hopefully 40+ more scheduled for euthanasia at a Central Texas shelter. We’ve been planning this rescue for a day and a half, because as a municipal shelter, when you’re full, you’re full, and you can’t tell people you won’t take more animals because their tax dollars pay your salary and keep your doors open.
So, a whole group of us have given up our days and nights for the past few days to make this rescue happen. It will take the coordination of the entire HSWC staff, volunteers, and fosters to make this happen successfully and not have 40 extra dogs stashed in crates in a hallway. The whole thing is coming together very nicely, and I’m excited to see us all pull together tomorrow and make this happen.
But, you know, according to the board of directors, the HSWC management team is not working hard enough, lack in customer service, and need to be under inquiry. Tell that to the 2300 animals we saved last year. Which just two years ago was a mere 1300. Maybe I’ll just bring the animals in and let the board deal with it and see how they do.
To sell or not to sell, that is the question. I haven’t played in forever, and really sucked that time I did. Plus let’s face it string basses take up lots of space. (Taken with instagram)
Verdict on cauliflower pizza crust: Absolutely delicious. Not pizza, but a good alternative when you aren’t allowed to eat it.
The recipe I used is here via Eat. Drink. Smile.
Reblogged for my wife.
Yum! Making this ASAP!

“birds and butterflies
I am drawn to humble, yet evocative materials; in this case, crushed beer cans from the streets of New York - every one of them once raised to someone’s lips. My process of “recycling” them into images of butterflies is a quiet physical meditation, a yoga of tin snips and files and fingers.”I love that. Brilliant work.
Very cool
Love this so much!
Just had to tell some parents that their ill behaved children were not allowed to play in the shelters outdoor cat enclosure. I mean really? They had to climb out a window to even get in. This ain’t McDonalds people.
